Every once in awhile you connect with someone, you share a story or a similarity and your hearts connect.

Maybe for a moment, a few minutes, or even a lifetime.  Whatever it is, its a special thang.

And ladies, I don’t know if I can speak for Valerie, but I felt a very special connection when I started chit-chatting with my newest gal pal, Valerie Landis.

Valerie Landis is the Founder of an incredible website, Eggsperience; A Guidebook to All Things Egg Freezing.  We connected through a mutual friend/egg freezing expert.  Since then, I am a HUGE fan of her work and I think you will be too.

In this interview, you’ll hear about:

  • What happened at the age of 29 (can you say divorce?!)
  • Why I didn’t take egg freezing seriously
  • Why it took me over 4 years to say yes

The goal of this video is to share my story with you, hear some of Valerie’s and connect with you through our candid conversation around the personal topic of egg freezing.

Play our conversation and listen especially for…

My thoughts on why you need to honor yourself and take your time.  And of course, why Valerie and I think Beyonce has it right – Girl’s Run the World.

P.S. If you love this video and enjoy our conversation, please share it with your friends and family.  Anyone who might feel alone or confused over their fertility, relationship status and this wild world of fertility.

It is a lonely process and you might just be helping someone.

Please share 1 thing you resonated with in this video and why, in the comment section below!!

Peace, love and buttercups,
